Sponge!

In Finland, the bog is a vital living space for about 80 different bird species and other animals. The oxygen-poor peat soil is a significant carbon dioxide trap on which only specialised plants can grow. At Sponge! you have the opportunity to capture this inspiring ecosystem and its immense value with your whole being.

This unique half-day excursion is a movement exploration in which you enter into an in-depth encounter with the bog, receptively and tuned-in. On your journey, you will immerse in a dialogue between you and the rhythm of the surroundings. The offered exercises suggest the insects to guide you, and mosses invite you to let go. Textures and colours, smells and sounds of the bog tell you stories.

At the end of the event, there will be a moment to share and reflect on the experience with the whole group over a delicious vegan outdoor brunch.
