The Forest Mind® method is based on scientific research that confirms the profound contribution of forests and nature to human well-being and healing processes. The method developed in Finland is easy to use and accessible to everyone. Physical, mental, emotional and social aspects can all benefit from the method. Forest Mind® exercises focus on being present, relaxation, recreation and resources.

 

The Forest Mind walk on the Kuhasalo nature trail offers you a safe space to  practise mind skills that are needed in all areas of life. Among other things, this trip can serve to reduce tension and stress, promote body-awareness, work on personal challenges and align yourself more closely with your own values and potential. You also get tools that you can apply in your everyday life to move through your days more the way you wish.

 Based on what you tell me about yourself and your life situation, I will tailor the session specifically to you. 

 

At the end we will sit over a cup of tea to reflect on the experience.
