Price and Condition

All our prices include VAT and the prices are stated in euros. Echo Enters reserves the right to change prices and conditions.

Agreement

The conditions will take effect upon acceptance of the offer in written form by e-mail. 

​

Payment 

Payment is made by invoice. Invoicing takes place after the event with a payment period of 14 days or according to agreement.

Cancellation Terms 

More than 28 days before the start date of the reservation - free of charge

27-14 days before the start date of the reservation - a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

13-4 days before the start date of the reservation - a 50% cancellation fee will be charged..

 3-0 days before the start date of the reservation - a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

The cancellation fee includes not only the total amount of the service price but also the cost of any additional services fixed on top of the basic price. If several people, for example a group, are involved in the same contract, the terms and conditions apply to all participants.

Exceptions:

        -In case of sudden illness, case cancellation is free of charge with a doctor's certificate.  However, costs incurred by Echo Enters prior to the cancellation of the booking will be charged at 100% (e.g. rental of canoe equipment already           paid for).

 

          -Forest Mind for Individuals: May be cancelled free of charge if cancellation is made no less than 3 days before the start date of your reservation. 1-3 days before the start date of reservation, customers may move their reservation to another date. If cancellation is made less than 24h before the start date of the reservation, we charge a 100% cancellation fee.

If the event has to be cancelled on behalf of Echo Enters, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Echo Enters may not be held liable for any associated costs incurred by the customer arising from the cancellation/transfer, e.g. transport or accommodation.

Responsibility 

Due to their nature, events organized by Echo Enters are dependent on weather conditions. While weather conditions typically do not necessitate course changes, the Echo Enters may change the initial course structure if the organiser determines that the weather poses safety risk or excessive strain. Participants will be notified of any changes; however, these adjustments do not qualify for a refund. ​Participants are instructed to be prepared by dressing for the weather.

 

Echo Enters may also cancel the program, if weather conditions or other factors make the program impossible; the above cancellation conditions apply. No refunds will be granted in the case of cancellation by participants due to weather conditions; the above cancellation conditions apply.

 

Information and safety guidelines are provided by Echo Enters, which are expected from participants to listen to and understand. It is the participant's responsibility to follow the instructions given.

 

Program services and physical activities can be physically demanding. If the customer has any health restrictions (including, but not limited to: heart conditions, back problems or similar, or is pregnant), the customer should check with their doctor before participating to see if their medical condition restricts their participation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Echo Enters is informed of any limitations or risk factors prior to the service. ​

For safety reasons, participation under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants is strictly prohibited. Echo Enters reserves the right to interrupt the event if the participant's actions pose a safety risk to themselves or others, or if their health or general condition prevents the event from continuing. In such instances, the participant is not entitled to a refund for the unused service or part thereof. 

 

A safety document is drawn up by Echo Enters for each event.​

 

Insurance

Echo Enters has a valid general liability insurance. Echo Enters is not liable for participants’ equipment, clothes or valuables. Participants are expected to have valid accident insurance. 

 

Necessary information

First and last name, gender, date of birth (dd.mm.yyyy), nationality. Information required of all participants including children under 4 years of age. If the booked service is attended by minors whose guardian is not present at the service, the minors must give their guardian's free written consent to participate in the service. Echo Enters undertakes to treat the information confidentially and to destroy it when it is no longer needed for the execution of the product in question.
